  • Our services are the property of Stallion and are under its management. Users are granted the opportunity to access all our services under the condition that they adhere to our terms and conditions as well as our privacy policies.
  • Stallion reserves the right to amend or substitute any of the terms of use as deemed necessary. Any such modifications will be promptly updated on the site. Users are urged to proactively check the terms of use for changes. Your continued access to our services will be construed as your acceptance of these terms and services.

Service Terms

  • The repair will utilize customer-approved parts. If additional repairs are necessary, the customer will be informed of the updated price estimate via a phone call.
  • In case of any component replacement for a Laptop or MacBook, the previously used component becomes the property of Stallion, which has the full authority to either discard it or offer it for sale.
  • While pick-and-drop services are complimentary, multiple appointments for pick-up, under the guise of obtaining a free diagnosis without opting for repair services, may incur a charge of Rs 300 per visit.
  • The decision to proceed with laptop repair and the transmission of approval/disapproval must be communicated to us within a week.
  • When collecting your laptop, please present the official receipt of approval for repair.
  • Stallion is not responsible for data loss and cannot be held liable for such incidents.”

Submission & Collection

  • Stallion, the laptop service provider, disclaims any responsibility for laptops not retrieved within 15 days of submission, whether they remain unrepaired or have undergone repairs. It is the customers’ responsibility to proactively reclaim their property.
  • In case of emergencies, customers can contact the officials and request the retention of their belongings. However, after a month, customers will incur a daily rental fee of 100/- INR to retain their property within Stallion’s Professional Space.
  • Stallion reserves the right to dispose of unreclaimed laptops following repairs. Owners of the respective devices are obligated to retrieve their property by the specified date.

Customer’s Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect their laptop for any dents, scratches, or damage before submitting it to us. Stallion, the service provider, is not liable for any displacement of laptop parts that occurred while in our possession during submission.
  • We take every precaution to maintain your property in its original condition and require customers to sign over their belongings for later identification. It is solely the customer’s duty to inspect the laptop both at the time of submission and during the collection process.

By Stallion

  • Stallion is an independent service provider specializing in the repair of MacBooks and Laptops, utilizing high-quality spare parts.
  • Our warranties exclusively cover services provided by Stallion.
  • Goods are dispatched upon receipt of payment, whether through online or offline modes.
  • Parts replaced by Stallion will be retained by Stallion.
  • Defective parts replaced by Stallion under warranty during the repair process will not be returned to the customer.

Payment Terms

  • The service charges are contingent upon the nature of the provided service.
  • A comprehensive estimate of the total amount payable will be communicated following the diagnostic assessment.
  • Payment options include both online and offline modes.
  • All services are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Upon completion of the device repair and its readiness for collection, payment must be settled at the time of retrieval.

Warranty claims will not be entertained under the following circumstances

Battery
  • Excessive or overnight charging of batteries.
  • Swollen batteries.
  • Use of a non-OEM charger or adapter during charging.
  • Physical damage caused by burning, for which Stallion is not responsible for providing any warranty.
Speakers
  • The warranty on speakers cannot be claimed if the speaker is producing distorted or buzzing sounds. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any resulting damage.
Warranty Stickers
  • Stallion affixes a small sticker on the back of the laptop, and no warranty claims will be accepted if the sticker is removed or not in its original condition.

Warranties will not be honored in the following situations:

  • Additional repairs beyond the scope of approved repairs.
  • Accidental breakage and damage.
  • Water damage.
  • Pressure damage.
  • Exposure to extreme conditions or negligence by the owner.
 

License and Site Access

Stallion, under the assumption that users have given their consent, expects agreement to refrain from the following actions:

  • Making any personal use of the site and Stallion’s services, including but not limited to downloading, copying, caching, inserting unauthorized hyperlinks, uploading, posting, or transmitting materials that may contain software viruses.
  • Utilizing the site and its content for any commercial purpose.
  • Engaging in speculative, false, or fraudulent transactions.
  • Accessing, monitoring, or copying any content or information from this site using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means, or any manual process without explicit written permission.
  • Violating the restrictions outlined in any robot exclusion headers on this site, or bypassing and circumventing measures in place to prevent or limit access.
  • Framing, ‘mirroring,’ or incorporating any part of this site into any other website without prior written authorization from Stallion.
